Uff-dah: Fitness Assessment Day. A necessary wake-up call!
1. Good presentations from the seniors again!
2. Good eating day.
3. Great adjustment.
4. The stars are beautiful!
5. Kisses and hugs from my boys.
Happy, Five Point O.
Leo Tolstoy says, "If you want to be happy, be." And Robert Anthony says, "Most people would rather be certain they're miserable, than risk being happy." It's far too easy to focus on the things that piss us off or disappoint us every day. Negativity breeds negativity. That's why I'm dedicated to documenting at least five things that make me happy every day. Happiness is a choice we make, a way we live. Choose happiness. One day at a time.

Muh-n-day
1. Laughing at Simon - the ET, penguin, jawa from this morning's shower.
2. Laura Ratliff, David Hughes, Juan Torres... all my kids who struggle from time to time. Hopefully they know I care about them.
3. Getting some of my grading done. That's a heavy monkey.
4. My adjustment. Oy!
5. Watching the kids ride their bikes after dinner. Still light out!!!
Oh yeah, also, when all my seniors were like, "This is one of YOUR playlists??? You have great taste in music!"
Really? I've been listening to this stuff since before you were born! And it was made before I was born!!!
